About these terms
These terms govern your use of the website mindaptive.ai (the "Site"), operated by Mindaptive, obrt za IT usluge, vl. Andrija Juran ("Mindaptive", "we", "us"), Valmade 26, 52100 Pula, Croatia. By using the Site you agree to them. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.
Use of the Site
You may browse the Site and use the booking and contact features for their intended purpose. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, probe or test its security, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, illustrations, videos, and code on the Site belong to Mindaptive or its licensors. Third-party logos shown in the integrations section belong to their respective owners and are used to indicate compatibility, not endorsement. You may not reproduce Site content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
Information on the Site
Figures, examples, and demonstrations on the Site illustrate what our systems can do. Results depend on your business, market, and inputs and are not guaranteed. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, or financial advice.
Third-party services
The Site embeds services from third parties, including Calendly for bookings and Loom for video. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or content.
Liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Mindaptive is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent court in Pula.
